Shipment, Returns and Refund

1. Shipment Policy

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location.
  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

2. Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 2 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ashjarcafe.com. We will provide instructions on how to return your items. Please do not send items back without prior approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. 
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Refund Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are processed as separate transactions.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ashjarcafe.com. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but you can return the item once it is received, following the return instructions above.
